Wild Knight® Norfolk Cosmo
Matt, our mixologist, was very excited to obtain some blood oranges a few days ago and, at around the same time, had this idea to replace the cranberry juice in a Cosmo with blood orange juice.
Wild Knight English Vodka is actually perfect for this drink, with an incredibly smooth and clean taste and a wonderfully long finish. It makes for a great base for this fruity tipple.
Ingredients
50ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
50ml Blood Orange Juice
12.5ml Cointreau
12.5ml Lime Juice
1tsp Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
