Wild Knight® Basil and Pineapple Martini
Pineapple and Basil make for an unusual, but wonderful, flavour combination in this simple cocktail that’s guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients
75g Pineapple, diced
12 Basil Leaves
50ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
10ml Sugar Syrup
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Method
Muddle the pineapple with the basil and the sugar syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add the Wild Knight® and lemon juice and shake with ice.
Fine-strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with more basil.
