Wild Knight® Basil and Pineapple Martini
Pineapple and Basil make for an unusual, but wonderful, flavour combination in this simple cocktail that’s guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients
- 75g Pineapple, diced
- 12 Basil Leaves
- 50ml Wild Knight® English Vodka
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
- Muddle the pineapple with the basil and the sugar syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the Wild Knight® and lemon juice and shake with ice.
- Fine-strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with more basil.
