Created for the launch of Wild Knight English Vodka in conjunction with Feast magazine. Created by Tim Dodd, Manager, The Rosebery, Norwich, as a signature cocktail for Feast Norfolk Magazine, using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.
50 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka
Norfolk Lemon Balm (small handful)
12.5ml of sugar syrup
Pinch Norfolk Mint
Lemon for zest
Fill a Boston cocktail shaker with ice and add a double shot (50ml) of Wild Knight Ultra-Premium English Vodka, stir gently.
Add all the ingredients into the shaker and stir until frosting occurs on the outside.
Double-strain into a chilled coup/martini glass.
Add a grating of lemon zest to finish.
