Ingredients

50ml Nelson’s Gold
25ml Espresso Martini
25ml cream
Crushed ice
Cocoa powder or edible gold dust (for garnish)

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Nelson’s Gold, Espresso Martini, and cream.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over crushed ice.
Lightly dust with cocoa powder or edible gold dust for a shimmering “ghostly” effect.
