Nelson's Gold® - Caramelised Pineapple Manhattan

With rich caramel and sweetened tropical notes, this autumnal riff on the classic Manhattan is a delicious flavour combo.
Ingredients
45ml Bourbon Whisky
20ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Nelson's Gold® Caramel Vodka
10ml Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with pineapple fronds.
