During sunny weather, a couple of makrut lime leaves is a very simple way to bring an interesting, refreshing flavour to this crossover between a Gin and Tonic and a Tom Collins.

Ingredients

2 Makrut Lime Leaves
50ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Tonic Water

Method

Shake the first four ingredients with ice and fine-strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
Top with the Tonic Water and garnish with another makrut lime leaf.
