Boadicea® Gin Light Old Fashioned

It IS possible to have a lower alcohol Old Fashioned! This version rebalances the usual formula and lengthens with soda.
Ingredients
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
30ml Sugar Syrup
60ml Soda Water
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method
Build all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice and stir.
Garnish with Orange peel.
