Fruity citrus flavours meets crisp cucumber notes in this refreshing low-ABV drink.
Ingredients
3 Cucumber Slices
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
30ml Lime Juice
10ml Aperol
100ml Soda Water
Method
Muddle the cucumber in a rocks glass, then add ice and the gin, Aperol, and lime juice.
Stir, top up with the soda water and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
