1 x 50cl Boadicea® Gin 'Classic' - herby citrus notes come through with the sweetness from the nettles first, then a nice punch of juniper with the spice coming through at the end. ABV 40%
2 x 200ml London Essence Blood Orange & Elderflower Tonic Water - zesty and fresh, with a delicious hint of sweetness for contrast. Pairs beautifully with Boadicea Gin 'Classic'.
Serve with a slice of orange and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
