Nelson’s Gold® is one of our most popular spirits. A delicate blend of vodka and our handmade caramel, made with love at the Wild Knight Distillery.
Described as a crème brûlée in a glass and it continues to WOW! customers, whenever they taste it!
Nelson’s Gold is exceptionally smooth. The caramel gives the liqueur a delectable, mellow sweetness. But there are also some beautiful darker notes in the flavour profile.
The caramel creates a gorgeous colour that is best described as amber or nectar-like.

"When developing our Nelson’s Gold caramel vodka, achieving the perfect balance of sweetness was essential.
As a liqueur, it needs a certain level of sweetness, but I didn’t want it to be cloying. Customer feedback confirmed we got it just right.
Once customers discover Nelson’s Gold, they keep coming back. It appeals to a wide range of palates, and we never tire of hearing that ‘Wow’ when people taste it for the first time.
Caramel-making is key, and we perfected our process to achieve the exact results I wanted—ensuring consistency in every batch.
I also love the look of our bottle - it looks fantastic in the new 70cl version. A true stand-out!"
