What an amazing evening we had thanks to The Ivy Norwich Brasserie. This SOLD OUT event attracted a delightful array of wonderful guests, some of whom were friends and others, new-to-be-friends!
Guests were welcomed with a Norfolk 75 welcome cocktail – Boadicea Classic gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, fresh basil leaves all shaken and fine strained and topped with Ivy Champagne with garnish of micro basil.
Each course was accompanied by the perfect serve featuring Boadicea® Gin Classic and Rosa.
Bang bang chicken - Crispy chicken, peanut, cucumber, baby gem and radish salad, sweet chilli and peanut dressing
Rosa G&T cocktail – Boadicea Rosa Gin, elderflower tonic with fresh strawberries and mint sprig
Sea bream - Fennel, apple and watercress salad, chive and Champagne velouté
Japanese Warrior cocktail – Boadicea Classic gin, yuzu juice, hibiscus syrup topped with Fever tree lemonade – garnished with orange twist
Cherry panna cotta - Set vanilla cream with cherries
Clover Queen cocktail – Boadicea Rosa gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, egg white – garnish with raspberries
