Fabulously created by Tim Dodd, Manager, The Rosebery, Norwich, as a signature cocktail for Feast Norfolk Magazine, using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka

  • Splash of Dry Vermouth

  • Olive to garnish

Methodology

  1. Fill a metal shaker with cracked ice.

  2. Pour in the dry vermouth (we prefer Mancino), stir briefly and strain out.

  3. Add Wild Knight® English Vodka and stir briskly for about 10 seconds and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

  4. Garnish with an olive.

  5. Enjoy!
