Food Pairing: Suffolk strawberries, sea buckthorn curd, pistachio, ginger beer ice

An alternative take on 'Bucks Fizz' made with Wild Knight® English Vodka. Deliciously created and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.

Food pairing
A delicious long drink on its own but Tuddenham Mill serve with Denham Estate saddle chop, new potato, Clem's carrot, feta, marsh samphire, escabeche.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka

  • 10 ml sea buckthorn juice

  • 10 ml fresh orange juice

  • 100 ml 1724 tonic

Methodology

  1. Add the vodka, sea buckthorn juice and fresh orange juice into the glass and stir to infuse the flavours.

  2. Add the tonic and stir.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
