Deliciously created by Paul Richardson and served in the Wheel Bar at the award-winning Tuddenham Mill, Suffolk using Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka.
Serve with apple desserts. Tuddenham Mill serve with Cox apple, buttermilk cream, celery ice, muscovado sugar.
25 ml of Wild Knight® English Vodka
25 ml Calvados
1/2 tsp demerara sugar
100 ml apple juice
Add all the ingredients to a small pan and warm gently to dissolve the sugar.
Stir gently and serve in a rocks glass.
