2 x 200ml Hibiscus Tonic from Merchant's Heart - light, citrusy fruitiness and a hint of dry hibiscus, to pair perfectly with Boadicea Gin 'Rosa'.

Fantastic service from the distillery from the start, I hadn't checked the postcode properly so they did! Had it sent directly to my friend in time for Christmas and was kept updated the whole way. The gin itself, I have been told, is very quaffable.

My sister loves the pink Boudicea gin and tonics I sent for her birthday - it is becoming one of her favourites!
