Ingredients

  • 50ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
  • 12.5ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • 7ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1tsp Raspberry Jam
  • Egg white

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients first without ice. 
  2. Shake again with ice.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.  
  4. Garnish with raspberries.
