Recipe

  • 50ml Boadicea Gin - Rosa
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 12.5ml Lemon Juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 6ml Grenadine Syrup
  • Egg white

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients, first without ice and then again with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with cherries.
