Ingredients

  • 45ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 75ml Champagne

Method

  1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon peel.
