Ingredients

  • 60ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries

Method

  1. Muddle the cherries in the bottom of the shaker, add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a third cherry.
