We've always been a big fans of the classic Aviation cocktail, so swapping out London dry gin for the Boadicea Rosa, with its lovely pink hue and cherry notes playing with the maraschino here, seemed like a no-brainer.

Ingredients

50ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
15ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
7ml Creme de Violette

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
