For American Independence Day, here’s an all-American Cherry-flavoured take on a classic Tom Collins.

Ingredients

8 Blueberries
4 Maraschino Cherries
45ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
20ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water

Method

Muddle the Blueberries and Cherries with the Syrup and Lemon Juice.
Then add the gin and fill the glass with ice.
Stir briefly and then top up with the Soda Water.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and another cherry.
