This is Wild Knight English Vodka being distilled on our 21 plate rectification column. The video is showing the action at plate one, at the base of the heated column.

The column holds 21 plates vertically above each other and their purpose is to separate the fermented alcohols, resulting in high-purity vodka being collected at 96.5% ABV. This high-grade vodka is then reduced to 40% ABV bottle strength with reverse osmosis filtered pure water, which is then rested before being bottled.

All our spirits are lovingly handcrafted by us here in Norfolk!
