This year was the 10th anniversary of Imbibe Live – the trade event held in Olympia, London, aimed at sommeliers, buyers, managers, publicans, bartenders and every on/off trade in-between! See https://live.imbibe.com/

We were delighted and honoured to be asked by Merchant’s Heartto join the team on their stand to showcase our Boadicea® Gin Rosa, our brand-new pink gin.

Rosa pairs perfectly with Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Spirit Enhancer (can be found in Sainsburys) and we call it ‘The Ultimate Pink G&T’ cocktail:

The Ultimate Pink G&T

  • 50 ml Boadicea Gin Rosa

  • 50 ml Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Spirit Enhancer

  • Fresh cherry to garnish

Add 2 cubes of ice to a Coupe glass or a handful of frozen raspberries, add Boadicea Gin Rosa, then tonic – we use Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Spirit Enhancer. Garnish and enjoy.

After Imbibe we enjoyed a wonderful evening with the Merchant’s Heart team at The House of St Barnabas, a new kind of private members’ club in the heart of Soho, London.

Thanks Merchant’s Heart.

The journey to create the finest spirits continues with fermentation. Our vodka is made from just three ingredients; milled spring barley, water and yeast. This combination works its magic together to convert the sugars into alcohol, which the distillation will later extract and condense to make vodka.
